This unique home boasts 3 bedrooms with king sized beds and one bedroom with a twin day bed best suited for kids or teens.

Ruby’s Ridge, named after the owners beloved dog Ruby, has an open-plan gourmet kitchen, living room with large flat screen TV that leads to the pool deck and two bedrooms all on the main floor. Follow the steps downstairs to find another large sitting room with sliding glass doors leading to a deck, a poker table and two more bedrooms.

Deposit Policy

To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required immediately upon making the reservation. The reservation will be considered confirmed once this deposit has been received. The remaining balance of the total booking amount is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is made within 60 days of the arrival date, the full amount is due upon reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is made at least 61 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, a full refund of the deposit amount will be provided, minus the credit card processing fee. However, if a cancellation is requested within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be provided. Please note that any refunds will be processed after deducting the applicable credit card processing fee.
