Why work with me?

I have resided in St Croix and held a real estate license here since 2006, but have bought and sold real estate for investment purposes for forty years.  I hold a master’s degree in organizational psychology from the university of Georgia and have been an entrepreneur and business owner for most of my adult life.  I absolutely love St. Croix and my experience selling real estate on the island enables me to provide my clients with a broad perspective on the real estate market here. 

I initially began my island career in real estate as an exclusive buyer’s agent and property manager, and then moved to a Coldwell Banker franchise to broaden my experience to include representing sellers and marketing property.  Later, I was recruited to become an agent in a new Sotheby’s franchise on the island, where I gained tremendous experience on branding and selling to higher end clients.  In 2015, I started a new firm - St Croix Island Life Real Estate - and assembled a team of like minded individuals to service buyer and sellers.  

In the summer of 2023, St Croix Island Life Real Estate decided to collaborate with Seaglass Properties and joined their team.  Now, I and most of the former Island Life agents, are affiliated with Seaglass.

I will listen to your needs, give you honest and realistic advice and feedback, and use my knowledge, experience, service orientation, and marketing know-how to insure that you achieve your real estate goals.   Above all, we will have a good time!
