Sea Glass Properties was honored to be a proud sponsor of the 4th Annual Just Beat It Tennis Tournament, held September 11–14, 2025, at the Tennis Club of St. Croix. This vibrant, community-driven event benefited Cancer Support VI and brought together players, families, and supporters to rally behind an incredibly important mission: ensuring that no cancer warrior in the Virgin Islands fights alone.

Rallying for a Cause

Thanks to the collective generosity of our sponsors, donors, vendors, volunteers, and the enthusiastic crowd that came to cheer on the athletes, the tournament raised over $41,000—surpassing last year’s impressive total by more than $10,000! While the $50,000 goal was just out of reach, the awareness built and the deepened community connections were priceless victories in themselves.

Every single dollar raised from the event goes directly toward supporting cancer patients and their families across the Virgin Islands through financial aid, outreach, advocacy, and essential resources.

Congratulations to the Champions

👏 A big shout-out to the winners who lit up the courts this year:

  • 🏆 A Division Champions: Ozzy Odom (son of SGP’s Kelly Odom) & Loriann Williams
(defeating Jay Craft—husband of our Managing Broker, Sanni Craft—and Dena Coe)

  • 🏆 B Division Champions: Derrick Polydore & Thea D’Eramo
(edging out Tyson Roberts & Kerri Cullinan)

We’re especially proud to celebrate our team’s connections on and off the court!

Community + Competition = Impact

The Just Beat It Tournament is more than just a sporting event—it’s a celebration of community strength, resilience, and hope. With food from local vendors, music, and a high-spirited atmosphere, the weekend reminded us how powerful we can be when we come together for a cause.

Special thanks go to dedicated board members Debbie Henry and Dr. Ellie DelGiacco, whose continued leadership and heart help make this event a success year after year.

💙 A heartfelt thank-you as well to Andrew Gamble, Sea Glass Properties’ office manager, whose behind-the-scenes work in creating and updating the tournament brackets ensured a smooth and professional experience for all participants, and to SGP Agent Mary Pat Strasser, for providing photos for the event.

💛 Together, we are proving that no cancer warrior fights alone.
