Jay Rollins has called St. Croix home since 2015, bringing with him a lifelong passion for real estate—he successfully flipped his first property at just 22. Before becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2019, Jay gained valuable experience working alongside established agents, including his husband, Dan Silverman.

Beyond real estate, Jay is deeply rooted in the St. Croix community, particularly through nonprofit and disaster recovery work. He played a key role in rebuilding 73 homes on the island using volunteer labor and donated materials. He serves as Chair of the Virgin Islands Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster. Jay also holds the position of Chief of Staff at the Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital and Medical Center.
