Joe arrived in St. Croix for the first time in March 2003 for a vacation. After spending only two days on the island, he and his wife decided to buy and returned in May to purchase a condo. In 2015, after experiencing all of the opportunities St. Croix had to offer – friendly people, vibrant culture, excellent food, beaches, and snorkeling – they bought a lot, built a home, and became full-time island residents. Also, in 2015 Joe joined the Sea Glass team as a Realtor.

Since 1976, Joe’s professional success is the result of listening to his clients’ requests and using his knowledge and experience to turn those requests into realities.
