Julie Magee was born in Alabama and raised in Georgia, but is an island girl at heart.  She moved to St Thomas for a temporary job assignment and loved it so much that a decade later she's still here.  Real estate, rentals, and island living have been a passion for most of her adult life; but have been a primary focus since 2017.  Marrying her passions for the Virgin Islands and the real estate market has allowed Julie to truly love what she does -  helping people find their place in paradise!
