Julie has extensive experience managing multiple properties, personally and professionally, which has given her a deep understanding of the real estate market. Additionally, her involvement in her husband's construction business has provided her with valuable insights into the intricacies of homeownership and property development.

Since moving to St. Croix from Charlotte, NC, in February 2015, Julie has fully embraced island life. Her journey on the island has deepened her appreciation for community, culture, and resilience, particularly after September 2017, when she witnessed the strength and unity of the local community.
