Mary Pat
Strasser

Mary Pat Strasser was born in Washington, DC, and raised in Arlington, VA, right outside of the city.
Second oldest of a family of six children. Mary Pat started her career in the hospitality Industry
from managing restaurants and bars to expediting and catering high-level events and concerts
including dressing rooms for some of the best entertainers in the industry. Fleetwood Mac, Tina
Turner, Eric Clapton, The Rolling Stones, and U2, to name a few.

Mary Pat is trustworthy and has always gone above and beyond for her clients and guests.
Because of that experience, she has an enormous network of friends and business contacts. She
started her career in Real Estate in 2020 in Northern Virginia and has been a homeowner since
2002, and a homeowner in St Croix since 2022. She also manages a 5-plus million dollar villa on
the east end and a few other beautiful homes in St Croix, which has given her the capabilities of
knowing Caribbean houses through and through. She brings a vast knowledge of the market
through her research, experience, and contacts.
