Seaglass Properties is proud to introduce Nashali Ayala, who is beginning her journey in the real estate industry.
Born and raised on St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Nashali has a deep connection to her community and is excited to learn more about the real estate market that shapes the island she calls home. She is a recent graduate of St. Croix Central High School.
Nashali is currently enrolled at the University of the Virgin Islands, where she is studying Criminal Justice, with plans to attend law school in the future. She has a strong interest in exploring the connection between law and real estate, with the goal of potentially pursuing a career in real estate law.
In addition to her academic and professional pursuits, Nashali is bilingual and speaks Spanish, allowing her to connect with a broader range of clients across the island. She also assists with her family business, Ayala’s Driving School, where she helps teach parking skills and works directly with clients—gaining valuable experience in communication and customer service.
