Originally from Denmark, Sanni relocated to St. Croix in 2004 and immediately fell in love with
the island. Here, she met her husband Jay, and together have two children.
Growing up with a father who was a builder instilled in her a deep passion for remodeling homes.
This background allows Sanni to see the potential in any property, a skill that has significantly
benefited her business. Additionally, she offers virtual renderings to help Buyers visualize
properties, making the buying process smoother.
As a Seller Representative Specialist, Sanni holds a degree in Marketing Economics from the
International Business Academy of Kolding, Denmark. Her credentials include being a Certified
Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a member of Luxury Portfolio. These affiliations provide
her with advanced tools to maximize the exposure of homes listed for her clients. At Sea Glass
Properties, we leverage Luxury Portfolio tools, social media, and both digital and printed news
publications to enhance our marketing efforts.
Sanni sits on the Board of the St. George Village Botanical Garden and am the honorary Consul
for Denmark in the US Virgin Islands. As the Managing Broker for Sea Glass on St. Croix, Sanni
spearheaded the office's launch in 2021 and has been among the top #3 real estate companies
on the island since then. Sea Glass Properties is the fastest-growing real estate firm in the Virgin
