Stephanie has always known that she needed some sun, sand and sea in her everyday life, and Central Illinois, even with an annual vacation to the Caribbean, just wasn’t cutting it! She and her family had never been to St. Croix but felt like it would be the perfect fit for the family so they came down to look at properties. They arrived at 9 am on a Friday morning and left at noon on Sunday with a home under contract! Stephanie and her husband have owned a home on the island since October of 2015. They sold everything they owned and moved down here full-time in July of 2016 and haven’t regretted a thing - except not doing it sooner! Stephanie started her own business, Sun, Sand & Sea Vacation Rentals & Management, LLC within her 1st month of moving to St. Croix and hasn’t looked back! She’s managed condos and million+ dollar homes. Stephanie looks forward to helping you make your dream of owning an island home a reality!
