I’ve always had a passion for fishing. Something about the open water, the thrill of the catch, and the satisfaction of bringing home fresh fish has always driven me. Over the past five years, I took that passion a step further, sharing a little piece of my love for fishing with friends and family in the form of my homemade smokeIt’s been a fantastic experience to see something that started in my kitchen make its way into the hands (and stomachs) of so many people in our community.
